This agreement is a legal contract between you and Aurora VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (referred to as 'the App').
By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have understood and accepted this agreement. Please read it carefully before use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text, or create derivative versions without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functions or service fees and will communicate material changes where appropriate. Users are also responsible for device security and account confidentiality, including avoiding jailbreak, root, or other actions that weaken system security.
This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.
Explanation of service limitations: The functionality of this App relies on a stable network environment (Wi-Fi or mobile data). If the service cannot be used due to user device arrears, data limits, or poor network signals, the Service Provider assumes no related responsibility. When used outside of a Wi-Fi environment, your mobile carrier may incur data traffic charges. If you enable roaming outside your country of origin without using a suitable data plan, the resulting roaming charges must be borne by you. Before using this App, please ensure you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, service unavailability caused by device battery depletion, local network failure, or lost account information is outside our compensation scope. Although we work to provide accurate routing information and client updates, some data may come from third-party partners. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to download and install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider may adjust, suspend, or terminate App services within a reasonable scope.
